It is hereby noted and agreed that notwithstanding herein contained in Section Liability to Third Party and Passengers Liability, The Company shall indemnify the insured up to an amount of USD or US$ 1,000,000.00.
Per accident with regard to demands against the insured by person (s) inside or outside the motor vehicle insured under this policy at the moment of the accident with the exception of any person in the employment of the insured where death, bodily injury or suffer from damage or loss to their property arises out of an in the course of such employment, and any member of the insured family.
