Notwithstanding anything contained in this Policy to the contrary, this insurance applies in regard to loss or damage to property forming part of the buildings or which is permanently attached to any parts of the building (s) provided that the total liability of the Insurer (s) during any one period of insurance for all such costs is limited to 10% of the total sum insured.
