SUBJECT TO SATISFACTORY SURVEY
1. This Contract/Policy is subject to and conditional upon the Underwriters being satisfied in the Underwriters’ absolute discretion with the results of the Survey to be conducted by the Underwriters on the Property insured hereunder within 30 (thirty) days from inception date of this Contract/Policy.
2. If the Underwriters are not satisfied with the results of the Survey in accordance with clause 1, the Underwriters may terminate this Contract/Policy by providing a written notice to the Insured. Such termination shall however only become effective on the expiration of 14 (fourteen) days from midnight of the day on which notice of the termination is issued with the Underwriters accepting no liability whatsoever thereafter and all premium paid by the Insured shall be refunded.
3. If the Underwriters does not terminate this Contract/Policy in accordance with clause 2 above, the Underwriters shall be deemed to be satisfied with results of the Survey and the Contract/Policy shall become unconditional in respect to clause 1.
All others terms and conditions of the policy shall remain unchanged.

PERSYARATAN HARUS DILAKUKAN SURVEI
1. Berlakunya Kontrak/Polis ini tunduk dan bersyarat setelah Penanggung merasa puas atas dasar penilaiannya sendiri terhadap hasil survey yang dilakukan oleh Penanggung atas harta benda yang dipertanggungkan, dimana survey harus sudah dilakukan dalam waktu tidak lebih dari 30 (tiga puluh) hari sejak tanggal berlakunya kontrak/polis ini.
2. Jika Penanggung tidak puas dengan hasil Survei sesuai dengan ayat 1, Penanggung dapat membatalkan Kontrak/Polis ini dengan memberikan pemberitahuan tertulis kepada Tertanggung. Namun pembatalan tersebut hanya akan menjadi efektif pada saat berakhirnya 14 (empat belas) hari dari tengah malam hari di mana pemberitahuan pembatalan diterbitkan dengan Penanggung tidak menerima tanggung jawab hukum apapun setelahnya dan semua premi yang telah dibayarkan oleh Tertanggung akan dikembalikan.
3. Jika Penanggung tidak mebatalkan Kontrak/Polis ini sesuai dengan ayat 2 di atas, maka Penanggung dianggap telah puas dengan hasil Survei dan Kontrak/Polis menjadi berlaku tidak bersyarat sehubungan dengan klausul 1.
Semua persyaratan dan ketentuan lain dari polis tidak mengalami perubahan.
