It is agreed and understood that subject to the Insured having paid the agreed additional premium, this Policy shall be extended to cover the Insured’s liability for the claims made respect of personal injury to third parties arising out of the following offense:
- false arrest, detention or imprisonment , or malicious prosecution
- libel, slander, defamation or violation of rights of privacy
- wrongful entry or eviction or other invasion of rights of private occupancy.
The observance of the regulations and laws of the republic of Indonesia shall be a condition precedent to any liability of the Company.
This Clause is subject otherwise to the terms, conditions and exceptions of this Policy.
