Di Indonesia sebagaimana kita ketahui bersama, bahwa setiap lebaran pemerintah selalu menginstruksikan untuk mengoperasikan jalan tol yang sudah bisa dilalui meskipun sebenarnya tahap konstruksinya belum selesai.
pertanyaan saya, apakah dengan melekatkan klausula MR 116 ini sudah cukup untuk mengcover bagian dari jalan tol yang telah digunakan tersebut agar tetap terlindungi dengan polis CAR yang sama?terimakasih.
