It is agreed that this Policy shall extend to cover the Insured’s Legal Liability in respect of bodily injury and/or damage to property :
1) arising out of and in course of loading or unloading operations from a stationery vehicle including delivery or collection of the load from or to the vehicle
2) caused by any vehicle or part of the load falling from a vehicle.
Subject otherwise to the terms conditions and exceptions of the policy.
