Notwithstanding anything contained in this policy to the contrary, it is hereby declared and agreed that this policy is extended to cover insured’s legal liability on the property for which the insured are entrusted and responsible in the event of loss or damage whilst in their custody, care and control.
Provided always that in the event of any claim under this extension the insured shall be responsible for the first USD 50,000 in respect of each and every claim.
Subject otherwise to the terms, conditions and exception of the policy.
