It is hereby declared and agreed that this Policy extends to indemnity the insured for all sums which the Insured shall become legally liable to pay as compensation for accidental bodily injury to any person or damage to property caused by the fault or negligence of the Insured’s Executives whilst engaged on the Insured’s business anywhere in the world.
Provided always that the liability of the Insurer under this endorsement shall not exceed the Limits of Liability under this Policy.
