It is hereby agreed that this insurance shall not be invalidated by any change of occupancy or increase of risk taking place in the property insured without the insured’s knowledge provided the Insured shall notify the Insurers within 7 (seven) calendar days they become aware and to pay additional premium if required from the date of the inception of the change of occupancy or increase of risk taking place.
