It is hereby understood and agreed that We will cover You for Claims arising from Your activities as project managers, provided that We will not pay for any Claim directly or indirectly arising out of, in consequence of, or contributed to by:
(a) any failure to effect or maintain insurance or advice on insurance; or
(b) any advice on investment, financial or tax matters; or
(c) any negligence in relation to the provision of finance; or
(d) the provision of any cost estimate; or
(e) the insolvency of any party involved in any project; or
(f) the ownership, use, occupation or leasing of property mobile and / or immobile by, to or on behalf of You.
