It is agreed and understood that, notwithstanding the terms, exclusions, provisions and conditions of the Policy or any Endorsements agreed upon, the Insurers shall not indemnify the Insured for loss, damage or liability directly or indirectly caused by or resulting from windstorm equal to or exceeding grade 8 on the Beaufort Scale (mean wind speed exceeding 62 km/h) or any water damage occurring in connection with or as a consequence of such windstorm.
