It is hereby understood and agreed that We will not pay for any Claim directly or indirectly arising out of, in consequence of, or contributed to by any actual or alleged act of molestation or physical interference with any person that is committed by You.
However this Exclusion shall not apply to defence costs and expenses, which is sub-limited to S$50,000 any one claim and in the aggregate, when You are exonerated from such allegations.
We will advance such defence costs and expenses until such time as it becomes evident that theYou are not innocent of such allegations. In such circumstances, You will refund any defence costs and expenses advanced, unless We agree in writing to waive recovery of such defence costs and expenses.
