It is hereby understood and agreed that We will not pay for any Claim directly or indirectly arising out of, in consequence of, or contributed to by any environmental pollution surveys. However this exclusion shall not apply to the following:
(a) surveys or population studies of flora or fauna; and
(b) environmental impact surveys which shall mean a document describing the effects of a proposed activity on the environment; and
(c) sampling or pollution monitoring surveys; and
(d) auditing of environmental survey procedures and practices carried out by unrelated parties.
