CLINICAL TRIAL EXCLUSION CLAUSE

This Policy does not cover liability in respect of Personal Injury or Property Damage directly or indirectly caused by, contributed to by or arising out of any clinical trial activities performed by the Insured or on the Insured’s behalf.
