Notwithstanding any provisions of the policy with respect to applicable law and jurisdiction, any dispute between the Insured and Underwriters relating to this Policy or to a claim (including but not limited thereto, the interpretation of any provision of the Policy) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia / English Law.
Each party agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Indonesia / English Court.
