The insurance under this item is to cover such reasonable professional fees payable by the insured to theif financial adviser (including fees of accountants, loss adjusters and/or valuers appointed by the Insured) and such other reasonable expenses necessarily incurred by the Insured and not otherwise recoverable, for preparation of claims and proving the loss under section 1 and 2 of the claims and the Insurer(s) shall indemnify the Insured for such reasonable fees and expenses.
