This insurance is Extended to cover direct loss or damage due to Burglary or Theft accompanied by Actual Violent and Forcible Breaking into or out of the building or attempted violent and forcible breaking, BUT NOT theft:
- by tenant, family member of the Insured, employees;
- where the premises are left without an inhabitant for more than 30 consecutive days;
- of property whilst permanently contained in any boarding house
- and/or loss during and after the occurrence of an insured peril
The policy does not cover the amount shown in the Schedule as the Deductible which shall be deducted from any claim made hereunder.
