“It is hereby declared and agreed that the :
- Authorized Distributors of the manufacturers and/or
- Repairers appointed by the manufacturers or Authorized Distributors
are allowed to repair any plant machinery equipment where the loss estimated by their engineers is up to US$ 5,000.00 per unit.”
