It is hereby noted and agreed that during the currency of this policy any newly completed location or newly acquired locations or newly rented locations shall automatically be covered under this policy subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The Insured shall declare to the Insurers any such newly completed location or newly acquired location or newly rented locations within 45 (forty five) days from the date of such completion or acquisition or rental.
- The Insured shall pay pro-rata additional premium for any such new locations.
