It is hereby declared and agreed that this policy is extended to cover the additional expenditure necessarily and reasonably incurred by the Insured in excess of the increase in cost of working clause for the provision of alternative accommodation and food for the Insured’s staff and family normally living in the premises and in removal costs and incidental expenses.
