It is further agreed that the policy will accept cover under the terms and conditions of this Policy for all equipment from the date of purchased and will delete cover from the date of sale; in each case prorate premiums will be calculated.
The Insured under takes to declare all equipment bought and sold by a declaration subject to thirty (30) days notice in writing being given by the company to the Insurer
