Notwithstanding anything to the contrary stated in the vehicle impact endorsement attached to the policy, the coverage as provided by such endorsement is extended to cover loss or damage by any vehicle owned or operated by the insured in the described premises.
The insurer under this extension shall not be liable for the following
- the first ………. in anyone occurrence;
- loss or damage caused by vehicle driven or operated without any valid driving license.
