This Policy will indemnify the Insured, up to the Sum specified in the Schedule, in respect of architects, surveyors, consulting engineers and other professional fees, necessarily and reasonably incurred in the repair, reconstruction or replacement consequent to insured Loss, provided that:
(a) fees for preparing any claim under this Policy are excluded hereby; and
(b) the amount payable under the terms of this Policy shall not exceed the scale of fees in normal use by such professions.
