It is hereby understood and agreed that We will not pay for any Claim directly or indirectly arising out of, in consequence of, or contributed to by:
(a) bodily injury, mental injury, sickness, disease or death of any person; and
(b) damage to, destruction of, including loss of use of, any property.
This exclusion shall not apply to the cover provided under clause 3.6 Loss of Documents and neither will it apply to the cover provided under clause 4.9 Replacement Documents Costs.
