This Policy does not cover any liability caused by, contributed to by or arising from any ingredient (medical, herbal or other) included in or forming part of the Insured’s product which is not intended to form part of the Insured’s product or has not been identified in the Insured’s product label. This exclusion also applies to any liability arising from banned or illegal ingredients (medical, herbal or other) that are included in the Insured’s product regardless of being named on the table.
