It is agreed and declared that Exclusion 4.18 is deleted and replaced by the following
Professional Indemnity
4.18.1. The rendering of or failure to render professional advice or service by the Insured or any error or omission connected therewith
4.18.2. Professional advises or service, in respect of Insured Products, which is not given for a fee.
4.18.3. Personal Injury arising directly or indirectly out of or caused by treatment prescribed or administered by the Insured.
