The premium of this Policy of provisional and the insurer shall advise the Insurer of the Final Contract Price as soon as this has been agreed.
The provisional premium shall be adjusted proportionately by a further payment to, or refund by , the Insurer, as the case may be subject to retention by the Insurer of any minimum premium stipulated herein.
