It is hereby declared and agreed that the Policy is extended to cover the Insured’s liability in respect of death or bodily injury or damage to use of all plant and machinery (including lift and escalator, hoist, cranes and forklifts) belonging to the Insured which are not licensed for use on Public Roads.
