It is hereby agreed that this insurance shall not be invalidated by :
- Any change of occupancy or increase of risk taking place in the property insured without the Insured’s knowledge provided that they shall, immediately on the same coming to their knowledge, advise the insurers and pay any additional premium that may be required from the date of such increase of risk.
- Workmen on the premises for the purpose of effecting repairs, minor alterations to the premises or general maintenance purposes and the like.
