The Insurance Company undertakes to obtain the mortgagee’s consent prior to their cancellation of this section if instructions have been received for the cancellation of this section and also to advice the mortgages immediately of any other material changes which are proposed to be made in the terms of the insurance. However the company reserve the right to cancel the section in the event of non payment of premium by the Insured.
