MR 1202 – Special insurance cover: property insured taken into use or operation

This endorsement forms part of section 1 a

and is subject otherwise to the terms, provisions, conditions and exclusions contained in the policy of insurance or endorsed thereon.

1. Indemnification

1.1. The insurer shall indemnify the insured in respect of loss of or damage to property insured specified below which

1.1.1. after the expiry of the testing period has been taken into use or operation.

2. Expiry

2.1. This special insurance cover expires on the date specified below.
