“….other than on waterways or by air within the territorial limits” – Jadi hanya cover “jalan darat saja” – untuk penyeberangan by ferry-crossing tidak dijamin –> untuk bisa dijamin harus secara tegas disebutkan di klausul atau di endorsed.
