It is hereby understood and agreed that notwithstanding Scope of Cover 3.4 Infringement of Intellectual Property Rights, We will not pay for any Claim directly or indirectly arising out of, in consequence of, or contributed to by any infringement of copyright, trademarks, registered designs or patents, or any plagiarism.
