- If the Insured and any member of this family taking part in the work of enterprise is accused or homicide or accidental wounding of any third party or employee of the contract the Insurer will agree to pay for legal defense cost arising therefrom.
- The Insurer also undertakes to pay for the defense of the Insured in the case of any judicial or other action brought against him by any security or social-benefit organization which alleges willful fault or inexcusable negligence by him or any person appointed by him in respect of the activities listed in the Policy.
The Insurer will refund the legal coast incurred by the Insured because of action taken against or his employees alleging willful fault.
