CONTINGENT LIABILITY FOR CONTRACTOR AND SUB-CONTRACTOR INCLUDING DURING LOADING/PROCESS ON-SHORE AND OFF-SHORE (Limited to the damage to the vessel structure)

It is hereby declared and agreed that this Policy is extended to indemnify the Insure against legal liability in respect of property damage/physical damage to vessels operated/owned by the Third Party(ies) arising out of and in the course of loading and unloading operations but in no case the liability of the Insurer under this Clause shall add to the total limit of liability specified in the Schedule
