As respect such insurance as is afforded under this policy, the company’s limit of liability shall be one combined limit of US$ 20,000,000.00 under either or all coverage, for all damages, including care and loss of services arising out of bodily injury, sickness or disease including death at any time resulting there from and for all damages arising out of injury to or destruction of all tangible property, including the loss of use thereof, resulting from one occurrence.
