CLAIM PREPARATION COST CLAUSE (sub limit IDR 500,000,000 any one loss or series of losses arising from any one event)

The insurance under this item is to cover such reasonable professional fees payable by the insured to their financial adviser (including fees of accountants, loss adjusters and/or valuer’s appointed by the insured) and such other reasonable expenses necessarily incurred by the Insured and not otherwise recoverable, for preparation of claims and proving the loss under section 1 and 2 of the claims and the Insurer(s) shall indemnify the insured for such reasonable fees and expenses.
